Custom Jewelry Process
Looking to custom design a piece of jewelry or refresh a family heirloom?
Here's a glimpse into our Custom Jewelry process!
STEP 1: INQUIRY FORM
Let’s get started…Share your vision with me! Submit your Custom Jewelry Design Inquiry on the website.
You will be prompted to schedule a complimentary virtual design consultation to discuss your project’s unique details (budget, style, design, metal, gemstones, and time frame). Plan for a 8 to 12 weeks process, from start to finish.
STEP 2: CONSULTATION
The first video call will be a meet and greet to answer all your questions and discuss design details (budget, style, materials, and timeframe).
STEP 3: DESIGN & SOURCING
Preliminary custom design fee is submitted to begin the design process.
I’ll share sketches, metal choices, and sourced gemstone(s) for you to review as we finalize the design and materials.
STEP 4: CRAFTSMANSHIP & DELIVERY
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. *Deposits cannot be refunded.
Production begins! I’ll share visual updates throughout the process, including CAD renderings and wax models, as well as a photography of the final piece for you to keep as a memento and for insurance purposes.
Your remaining balance is due prior to shipping of the piece. Your Custom Design will be shipped to you, insured via UPS.
