HOW DOES IT WORK?
It starts with our Custom Jewelry Design Form, which allows you to share the details of your story and the vision for your piece. Answering this series of questions will guide Cielomar as she walks you through the Custom Jewelry process from the design direction, to choosing metals, and sourcing the perfect gemstones. Through conversations and detailed visuals she will maintain a dialogue with you, ensuring that the final piece is just what you envisioned.
READY TO BEGIN? HERE'S HOW:
- STEP 1: Gather your inspo and fill out our Custom Design Form.
- STEP 2: Chat with Cielomar via virtual consultation to discuss your project’s unique details (budget, style, design, metal, gemstones, and timeframe).
- STEP 3: An initial custom design deposit of $500 gets the design process started!
- STEP 4: Work directly with Cielomar as she brings your vision to life, providing sketches, metal choices, and sourced gemstone with your feedback every step of the way.
- STEP 5: Once design direction is finalized, you will receive a realistic 3D rendering of the piece and a final quote for your approval.
- STEP 6: Your 50% deposit is due to begin production. *Deposits cannot be refunded.
- STEP 7: Production begins! Please allow 4-8 weeks for completion. We’ll share updates of your piece throughout the process, including CAD renderings, wax, and an image of the final piece for you to keep as a memento and for insurance purposes.
- STEP 8: Your remaining balance is due prior to shipping of the piece, insured via UPS. *Please note that there are no returns on custom design.
